Mike Flemister

Mike worked for UPS for 36 years, starting out as an hourly employee while attending college at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He then transitioned through the hourly ranks into management and held several positions in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Services, Logistics and several Special Assignments.  Also, Mike served two years in the Civil Reserve Air Fleet which is U.S. airlines, contractually committed , assisting the Department of Defense airlift requirements when the need for airlift exceeds the capability of military aircraft. This assignment took him to various military installations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Canada. After early retirement in January 2019, Mike started a second career at CITE Armored as the Plant Manager. This position entails overseeing the plant operations including production, quality, inventory, safety, and staffing to ensure production schedules are maintained for each customer.
